Nat Pierce is a founding member of Pierce Jewett, where he leverages his extensive experience in team leadership and legal expertise to deliver exceptional service across a diverse range of practice areas. With over a decade of proven success, Nat has cultivated a reputation for assembling and guiding high-performing teams, dedicated to serving the firm's individual and business clientele. Nat's primary focus lies in Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities Regulation, Entrepreneurial Finance, Nonprofit Organizations, and Strategic Planning, consistently delivering outstanding results in these domains.

Nat has served as general counsel to large and small organizations, guiding founders, CEOs and management level employees regarding the many legal challenges a business may face in its life cycle. A large portion of Nat’s practice has also focused on helping clients maximize their individual and corporate tax outcomes as they navigate the marketplace.

Nat attended Messiah University, where he met his wife Kara. Together, they have four wonderful children enjoy participating in their sporting events and frequenting the beach in their local neighborhood.

In Nat’s free time, he also dedicates himself to coaching lacrosse, and is the founder of local lacrosse programs aimed at fostering a deep appreciation and enduring love for the sport. Through these initiatives, he strives to expand the reach and impact of lacrosse within his community, empowering aspiring athletes and instilling the sport's inherent values.
