Jocelyn Miller is an associate in the Richmond office of Pierce Jewett, PLLC, where she serves on the firm's corporate transactional team. A quick study, Jocelyn excels at navigating complex corporate transactions and offers innovative solutions to clients.

Jocelyn earned her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law, distinguishing herself in business and intellectual property courses such as Advising the Entrepreneur, Trademark Law, and Corporations. Her passion for the intersection of law and business led her to actively participate in the Law and Business Forum and the Student Intellectual Property Association.

Prior to law school, Jocelyn gained valuable experience an international law firm, working within the Consumer Financial Services group. There, she honed her skills in navigating complex regulatory compliance issues, assisting with government investigations and examinations, and supporting litigation matters related to consumer financial products and services.

Outside of work, Jocelyn resides in Richmond's West End with her husband and their rescue Turkish Angora, Henry-Benjamin. She enjoys playing pickleball, reading historical fiction, and traveling in her spare time.
