Danielle MacNeil is an associate in the Norfolk office of Pierce Jewett, PLLC.

Danielle is a sharp and enthusiastic attorney, bringing a fresh perspective, industrious work ethic, and collaborative spirit to Pierce Jewett’s transactional practice group. Danielle leverages a strong academic foundation, discerning attention to detail, and client-centric approach to help clients navigate the intricacies of corporate transactions. Danielle is dedicated to reaching a deep understanding of the specific goals and challenges of each client to provide comprehensive legal counsel on a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters.

While in law school, Danielle served as Managing, Notes & Comments, and Co-Articles Editor of her school’s law journal, Graduate Assistant, board member for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, and Student Member and Administrator of the James Kent American Inn of Court. She received awards for earning the top grade in Civil Procedure I, Civil Procedure II, and Torts II.

Prior to attending law school, Danielle worked for a Major League Baseball team, where she excelled in a fast-paced environment, focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Outside of the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Lou.
